A child's brain develops so rapidly in the first years, it's almost impossible for us to imagine! With over 40 years of experience and program development behind us, Long Run's well-trained staff knows how to take advantage of this by providing a stimulating educational environment for 3- to 5-year-old children.
Parents of 3-year-olds can choose a two-day (Tu/Th) or three-day (M/W/F) morning session.
AM session 9:00 – 11:30.
Parents of 4-year-olds can select a three-day-per-week afternoon session (Tu/W/Th).
PM session 12:30 – 3:00
The maximum number of children in each class is 15.
The classroom staff includes a teacher and two aides.
The curriculum is developed in accordance with the PA Learning Standards for Early Childhood.
The program includes daily activities in the gym and Exploration Station.
Long Run staff members value effective communication between home and school; all parents can use a little help as they cope with the stresses of life with young children!
